这一切的现实，让每一个关心祖国前进和发展的中国人深感痛心。保护环境，利在当代，功在千秋，这是一项崇高而伟大的事业，更是中化民族千秋万代利益所在。

真正的幸福不是别人给予的，而是从内心深处散发的情感，是人的需要或愿望的达成，但幸福是每个微小生活愿望的达成却是有前提的，前提便是，这个人是懂得满足的，不然，微小愿望的达成只会使他的野心加速膨胀，忙于追求更大的欲望，如此何来幸福？就如同《渔夫和金鱼》故事里的老太婆一样，得到崭新的木盆后想要房子，有了房子想要变成世袭的贵妇人，当了贵妇人后想当女皇，最后还不满足想要成为海上霸主，她的贪心使她一无所有，她的愿望一步步被达成了，可她却没有了幸福，没有了那个一直宽容她的渔夫。

我眼中的幸福是前面有路，后面有家。我一直觉得这才是幸福的。前方有路，即使荆棘不平，但我们会为了梦想一直向前走，那是我们追逐的方向，这样就不会迷失在世界的森林中。

23、没有爱就没有教育

记得这样一个小故事，有一次，有几个老师向特级教师任小艾老师询问，班上有些孩子特别讨人厌，该怎么处理？任老师让他们在班上挑出三个他们认为最讨厌的孩子写下来，接着，又让他们从三个里再挑出一个他们认为最最讨厌的。然后让他们回到课堂上，假装对孩子好，即使他们讨厌他们，他们也不得不假装非常喜欢他们。

这些老师回去一试，竟吃惊地发现，孩子在受到表扬后受宠若惊，且表现越来越好，能够开始朝着老师期望的方向去努力，去发展了。一种无心的喜悦，竟为意外的惊喜，是什么让这些原本头疼的孩子有了如此惊人的变化？

“一个爱学生的老师，无论怎样说学生，学生都能够理解。没有什么比学生的眼神更敏锐的了。最重要的是用诚心换以诚心，以人格培养人格，以诚意培养道德道德。用你沧桑的人生经历去教育学生的时候，你讲的话，他们往往听不懂。

他们需要的是平等的语言交流。教师不能对生活经历复杂的学生进行分析和对待，问题很严重。当你反复教书的时候，就意味着孩子在和你打架。如果他不想改变，用爱的力量去改变他。” 所以说没有爱就没有教育。

3、我们常用“春蚕”“蜡炬”来比喻教师，如今“清泉”来比喻教师，“一溪活泉育出万紫千红的春天”哪个更为贴切？

我认为用“活泉”来比喻教师更为贴切。春蚕、蜡炬更多的着重于无私奉献上，英国学者霍姆斯曾指出：“教师是充满奉献的职业，但不要因此而忽视我们的生活维度，特别是对于如幸福感这样的维度，忽视这些将是愚蠢的行为。

”这是因为，奉献固然是一种幸福，但决不是幸福的全部。人人都有精神上和物质上的需求，如果在这些方面的需求很难得到满足，他的幸福感就会荡然无存，奉献必将终止，倦怠必然产生。

与活泉相比，教师更关注教师，教师是学生成长的养分，是学生成长的向导。但活泉不是死水。生命之泉不断流淌，不断增加，正如老是不断学习，给学生更好的教学。我们的时代，是信息高速发展的时代，教师虽然学于前，懂于前，但知识的更新日新月异，我们曾经认为是真理的那一部分知识真的就是永远都不能撼动的真理吗？

历史事实告诉我们，很多“真理”最后都倒下了。我们要做学生的老师，我们必须有高于学生的地方，因此必须保持自身的先进性，我们得不断吸收新鲜的知识，不断更新已有的知识，将学习变成一种职业敏感、生活习惯的坚持下来，时时发现，时时消化。

因此，用“活泉”来比喻教师更为恰当。

锲而舍之，朽木不折;锲而不舍，金石可镂!”这句话充分说明了一个人如果有恒心，一些困难的事情便可以做到;没有恒心，再简单的事也做不成。

总览古今中外，大凡有成就的人，无不具有坚持的精神。《史记》这部鸿篇巨著被世人称之为“史家之绝唱，无韵之离骚”，可你知道，它是司马迁耗费了17年的时间，不顾宫刑的折磨，呕心沥血的杰作。更有李白铁杵成针，屈原洞中苦读，匡衡凿壁偷光，他们的精神印证了“贵有恒，何必三更五更睡，最无益，只怕一日曝十日寒”的真理。

他们用行动告诉我们，只要我们有“水磨石穿”的精神，持之以恒，成功就不会遥远。英国首相丘吉尔在面对德国法西斯的疯狂进攻时，就曾对他的国民说过：“不要屈服，永远不可屈服。

”这不但是一句振奋人心的豪言壮语，也是他最重要的人生总结，体现了他坚持到底的精神。大家都熟悉愚公移山的故事。愚公迁天帝，迁太行山、王屋山的原因。正是因为他具有锲而不舍的精神。

可见，成功离不开坚持。

学习也一样，学习不是一朝一夕的事情，学习中感到枯燥在所难免，很多人都因半途而废，而最终一无所获或收益甚少。许多学生知道学习很重要，但当他们累了，有更多的家庭作业，他们失去了学习的兴趣，变得懒惰。究其根本，就是缺乏持之以恒的精神。

学习需要恒心，需要持之以恒。在任何情况下，我们都会为实现目标而不懈努力，决不退缩。如果你总是半途而废，你就永远得不到好成绩。

在学习中，我们要坚持把每一课学好，坚持克服每一个困难，坚持地朝自己定下的目标前进，总有一天可以把铁杵磨成针，把金石打磨穿。学习很苦，却又不苦，只要有坚持不懈地决心，那些学习中的困难也不过是脚下一粒石子，如果遇到困难就放，那困难就是眼前的高山。

今天我讲话的题目是《成功在于坚持》。

首先，我想和大家分享一个有趣的故事：这个故事发生在古希腊。开学第一天，伟大的哲学家苏格拉底对他的学生们说：

“今天咱们只学一件最简单也是最容易做的事。每人把胳膊尽量往前甩。”说着，苏格拉底示范了一遍，并要求学生们从今天开始，每天做300下，学生们都笑了，这么简单的事，有什么做不到的!

但一个月后，苏格拉底又问学生们，还有90%的学生能坚持住。又过了一个月，只有80%的学生留下来。一年后，苏格拉底再次问道，当时教室里只有一个人举手。

这个小故事所蕴含的深刻含意是显而易见的，的确，我们干什么事，要取得成功，坚持不懈的毅力和持之以恒的精神都是必不可少的。成功之路，贵在坚持。谁能坚持到底，谁应能获得成功，众所周知，贝尔发明了**，可他所做的仅仅是将**中一个螺母转动了周，而之前的大量工作是由爱迪生等科学家完成的。

坚持是成功的基础，我们最爱的篮球明星姚明，他在nba的年薪是1560万美金，在全明星排行榜上也位居第一，他的成功也是源自他坚持不懈的努力，他在去年打常规赛时，脚不幸扭伤，但他仍坚持每天坐在轮椅上练习投球。还有台球神童丁俊晖，在去年的温布利大赛中，丁俊晖打出惊人的147分，也是他的第一杆满分，他的成功让我们羡慕，我们又是否知道他从10岁开始练球，每天都坚持，每次都是风雨无阻雷厉风行，这当中不知付出了多少艰辛。所以成功桂冠不会从天上掉下来，而是靠我们的汗水去组成天国阶梯，脚踏实地走上去夺取。

同学们，回想一下，在你们刚踏进校门的时候，有谁没有立下过“努力学习，朝着自己梦想不断前进!”的雄心壮志。光阴似箭，一个月、一个学期、一个学年很快过去了，考完试，又高兴又担心。

于是很多同学开始总结经验，认识不足，然后决定发奋读书，开始制定详尽的学习计划，具体的时间安排，一系列的实施方案;或许还曾经闻鸡起舞，梦里挑灯，上书山，游学海;也曾经上课聚精会神，作业一丝不苟，自习用心专一。然而，一周后，一个月后，半个学期后，你坚持了多久，实施了多久，收获了多久。为什么每个人的学习成绩、实践能力和对社会的贡献都有这么大的差异？

原因就在“坚持”二字上。谁坚持，谁就成为赢家；谁半途而废，谁就以失败告终。

只要你坚持下去，你就成功了一半。国王高超的技艺从何而来？他一次踢出一只脚。

黄河那惊人的气势从何而来?是从人迹罕至的青藏高原流出，历经无数石块的打击而形成的。事物的变化需要一系列的坚持。

在这个艰难的过程中，只有坚持到最后，我们才会赢。我们学习也是这样。据说学习是变成蝴蝶的过程。打破茧时，您必须经历剧烈的痛苦。但是只要您耐心地坚持不懈，您就能在天空中自由飞行。

每个学生都想有一个理想的结果，追求成功，但成功需要坚持。何谓坚持?它不是口头上的豪言壮语，而是要付诸行动，从一点一滴做起，正如刘翔、姚明的胜利是经历了一次次艰苦的训练。
